Lastnight after dinner, I got the kids cleaned up and put them in the car and told them "We are going for a ride."  I told them once we get home Daddy will be home from work.

They kept quizzing me.. "But mom..where are we going?"

I had bought suckers at the gas station, hoping they would keep them busy for my "idea"

Tearful Tuesday

Today, I shall post cute pictures of Lilly, to keep my mind off of her behavior lastnight.

After bath, I put a diaper on her and went to go retrieve Charlie from the bath. As I am getting Charlie out of the tub, I see her run past me into her bedroom stark naked. I swore I put a diaper on her, and I did. She took her diaper off and went into her room and pissed on the floor infront of her toy chest. She thought it was hilarious. She was thrown by my reaction and tears started to flow.

Then bedtime came...I was very certain she was tired due to her unruly nature all evening. Nope! She fought bed until 10:20 pm....

I thought she would wake up as the Happy Lilly I know... Nope! Here is to a better evening....

Sunday we finally joined a church up here. We moved here 2 years ago, so it was about time. Anyways, during new member orientation I was approached about Pre-School by the "preschool" lady. They offer it at this church. She kindly asked if I wanted to tour the area where the pre-schoolers go? I was honest with her. "No thanks, to be honest, I am in denial that they will be eligible for preschool next fall."

A Bug's Life

We had some cheap entertainment here on Saturday night.

We caught grasshoppers for the Twins in the empty lot next to our house. It kept them busy for quite sometime.

This little boy is pretty scared of kitties, but not scared of icky bugs and reptiles.

Charlie has not asked for an Ipad for 5 days, and seeing him entertained by bugs, makes my wallet smile. (until Christmas)
