Down With The Sickness

Last Wednesday night, I was getting my hair done. My hairdresser asked, "How have your kids been this winter, health wise?"...

I totally jinxed myself. I responded with.. "You know, we have gotten off pretty easy so far. Not that sick really."

Wouldn't you know that I was in Urgent Care Friday morning with Charlie! What the... HELL!  I even knocked on wood after I said it.

Owell. We got the "It's just a virus" talk on Friday. Both twins have terrible coughs, with low grade fevers. The mask that Charlie has on, is just for precautionary measures at the doctor's office. I thought he looked so cute in it.

Princess Lilly

 Lilly put together this outfit all by herself, and really entertained Adam and I lastnight.

 She did dance moves, turned us into snakes, and frogs.

Princess Lilly decided to play "school" I ask a question and she raises her hand to get called on.

Charlie was laid back in his bed watching a cartoon on Netflix via the Ipad.

I think a countdown to spring is in order, don't you?

 We have a new stool, so the twins can wash their own hands after going to the bathroom. They could stand and wash their hands, and make faces at themselves for hours on end.

Lilly claims this "stand" she does on the half elevated recliner, will get her into the circus.

 Follow your dream little girl, just don't end up a "carnie."

Popcorn for dessert, five minutes after eating their own weight in mini corn dogs.

Weekend Recap

Nothing too exciting this weekend, but we found ways to stay busy.

I painted some frames for my office, and switched out some of the pictures in them.

Sunday we hit up a brunch, took naps, and then headed to Aunt Patti's Super Bowl Party!

Lilly has a pretty serious game face, huh!
