Snow Day

Yesterday we got the MOST snow at one time than we have gotten all year long I think. 8 inches or so I think Mr. Weatherman said.

Although at age 2 you don't really appreciate "Snow Days" as it is just another day for you. Unless your parents are teachers and you get to stay home with them all day and build snowmen and drink hot chocolate. Sorry kids, neither your dad nor I chose to be a teacher so we still had to work and ship you off to daycare.
I hope to send the twins down this "hill" in the empty lot next to us before it melts. I will definatley need Adam there to help me. Pictures and tears to come I am sure.

Lilly has started to "request" to play outside when I arrive home from daycare with them.  If the windchill allows, I let them. Even if it is for 7 minutes. I feel that fresh cold air in their lungs will make them calmer and more relaxed once we enter the house for the evening. (enter smirk here)

Charlie watched the neighbor snowblow in awe of the LOUD SNOW EATING MACHINE!
