Como Zoo Visit 8-5-2012

Last Sunday, we packed the kids up and headed to the Como Zoo!

It was the first Zoo visit for Charlie and Lilly, and it was a complete HIT.

Charlie liked it more than Lilly, but they both had a great time.

Regan, Max, Angie, Tracee, and Grandma Nellie even joined in the fun.

Jungle animals are a hit around our house. Must be the love for the Lion King movie?

Charlie was in complete HEAVEN.

The Zebra made the top 3 list for their favorites.

Sparky the Seal put on a pretty NEAT show.

Lilly skipped a nap the day prior so she was a bit tired, like the lions. She referred to them as "Lion King," and I didn't have it in my heart to correct her.

Max had enough, and needed a mid afternoon nap.

The Conservatory had some pretty neat flowers in it.

We attempted group photos at the end of the trip, probably not a good idea.

The Como Zoo is a "free" Zoo. So you could imagine the crowd at 2pm on a Perfect Weather Sunday. Luckily we arrived EARLY and left EARLY to avoid as much chaos as possible. Having a double stroller the length of a Lincoln Town Car, doesn't help the situation either.
